Returns are accepted on compatible and remanufactured items for up to 12 months from the date of purchase subject to conditions listed below. No returns will be accepted after 12 months. Please do not ship any products back until your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is approved (you will receive a confirmation email). To obtain an RMA, please contact our customer service. The RMA is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Please return your package promptly to ensure timely refunds or replacements.
You may return any item(s) that you have purchased from Inksco.com to the Inksco Shipping Department address on your original shipping package(s).
you are returning any item(s) that are less than 75% full as
defective, unfortunately we will not be able to fulfill your request
for a refund.

to contact you if needed. If any replacement item(s) were sent out
to you, a refund will not be issued unless the original item(s) and
the replacement item(s) are returned within our warranty. If the
item(s) returned meet the requirements, your refund will be issued by
the same method of payment you used to purchase the item(s) less
$3.99 shipping and handling cost for Free Shipping (regular mail) or
less original shipping and handling cost if original shipping is
charged. That means we do not refund shipping cost. Your request
was made after the first 90 days of your purchase, it would then be
refunded by check.
order to keep our prices low and competitive, we are unable to issue
a refund for any return postage except for the customers we approved
to send a prepaid return label. You will be responsible to return
any item(s) back to us at your cost for us to process your request
for either a refund or exchange.
we replace any item(s) within our normal warranty period, we will
send a prepaid return label/stamps to you with replacement package
for you to return the item(s) we replace for you for reason of
defective, damaged or wrong deliveries. After you receive
replacement package, just use the return label to ship back the
item(s). We would require you to return the original item(s). You
are responsible for the drop off of the return item(s) at the
shipping carrier location. We reserve the right to debit your
account if we do not receive the original item(s) back within 30
mailing days of the ship date of the replacement. If we debit your
account and you then return the original item(s) we will promptly
credit your account for the additional amount debited, only if the
original item(s) is returned within the normal warranty and meets all
of the specific requirements listed on our website.
for any replacement shipping to outside of USA customers,
unfortunately we will not be able to provide any return label for
returning original item(s) due to issues beyond our control. We
apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. You will need to
send back the original item(s) to our address listed above on this
page within the time frame specified under our replacement policy.

Policy for Exchanges
you would like an exchange, the item(s) returned will need to be
unopened/unused and within warranty. You will also need to include
the model of your printer, the part number(s) and the quantity of the
item(s) that you would like to receive. If there is a difference in
the cost and the original order was paid by a check or money order,
please send a check or money order for the difference. If your
original order was paid by credit card please include the credit card
number, expiration date and your authorization to charge your credit
card the difference. If the difference indicates that we owe you a
credit, which will be credited in the same method of your original
payment. Please note that the exchange process is longer than the
refund process and may take up to five business days to complete.
